This 10x12 Cape Cod has LP Siding that comes with a 50-Year MFG Warranty! The Cape Cod series is a practical, sturdy design with a classic appearance.  The eye-appeal of this model is enhanced by a steeper roof pitch than the average storage building.  Increasing attractiveness, an 8" roof overhang on all sides also offers extra weather protection for your structure.. We've also added a diamond tread plate at the doorways for extra protection and durability in this high traffic area. 

 

We build it better with 4x4 pressure treated runners, double top wall plates (with interlocking corners), 5/8'' engineered floor sheathing, and 2x4 wall and rafter studding on 16" centers. We'll deliver it as you see it, fully assembled and ready to use!
